Is my athlete too young for this?

Mental skills training benefits athletes at any age; however we believe its best to start around 11/12 years old.

How long until I see results?

Every athlete is different, but many experience a shift within a few sessions.

What if my athlete isn’t open to this?

I meet them where they are and make mental performance training engaging and practical. Also, it is a great idea to research on of their favorite athletes and finds examples of that athlete mentioning “mental training” in an article of a video on YouTube.

How often should you meet with my athlete?

Once per week at the beginning and then we will start meeting every other week and then finally a 1x a month maintenance program could be recommended.  Remember, each athlete is an individual!

Does my athlete need to have a mental “problem” to benefit from this?

 No! Just like strength training builds physical skills, mental training helps athletes improve focus, emotions, confidence and resilience, no matter their starting point.

Can you work with my athlete’s coach?

Yes! We collaborate with coaches and whole clubs to reinforce mental skills and give them tools they can use to support your athlete.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

We offer both, depending on your location and preference.

What sports do you work with?

We work with athletes in all sports, from individual sports like swimming and golf to team sports like soccer and volleyball.
